Together with 3 other ICT students, I created a new loyalty system for the Albert Heijn.
The purpose of our concept is to create more interaction between customer and retailer.
Our solution is by giving the customer an 'expert' status for products that they buy often.
They can earn it by doing weekly challenges where they can earn badges to get access to exclusive products and vote for new ones
that will be added to the assortment.
For the retailer this concept ensures a clear insight what products the customer would want.
